Century Tool offers extensive milling capabilities with a fleet of over 20 advanced CNC milling machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis configurations to handle complex geometries and tight tolerances. Our equipment supports a wide range of part sizes, with work envelopes from 20″ x 20″ x 40″ up to 100″ x 32″ x 30″, and the ability to mill parts up to 180″ in length. We specialize in machining a variety of materials, including castings and weldments, delivering precision tolerances as tight as ±0.0001″. With through-spindle coolant for enhanced cutting performance and tool life, Century Tool is fully equipped to meet the needs of even the most demanding applications with accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Century Tool’s turning capabilities are built to handle a wide range of precision requirements with a lineup of 10 high-performance CNC lathes. We can turn parts ranging from 0.125″ to 14″ in diameter, with several machines equipped with milling capabilities for complex features and reduced setups. Our equipment includes bar feeders that accommodate material up to 12 feet in length, allowing for efficient production of long or continuous parts. With a Total Indicator Runout (TIR) as tight as 0.0003″, we ensure exceptional accuracy and consistency across every part we produce—making Century Tool a trusted partner for high-precision turning applications.
