Century Tool delivers dependable and high-precision turning services supported by a team of experienced machinists who program, set up, and run their own parts. This ensures accountability, precision, and efficiency from start to finish. Our collaborative approach allows us to solve complex turning challenges, especially when working with intricate, high-tolerance components. Whether your project involves a one-off part or high-volume production, we consistently deliver reliable, high-quality results.

Our turning department features a lineup of 10 high-performance CNC lathes designed to handle a wide range of precision requirements. We turn parts ranging from 0.125″ to 26″ in diameter, with several machines equipped with milling capabilities for complex features and reduced setups.

To support efficient production, our equipment includes bar feeders accommodating material up to 12 feet in length, ideal for both long and continuous parts. Century Tool achieves Total Indicator Runout (TIR) as tight as +/-0.0001″, ensuring exceptional accuracy and consistency across every part we produce.

With experience machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, nickel, brass, copper, and more, Century Tool has earned a reputation as a trusted partner for high-precision turning applications.
