Our extensive milling capabilities feature a fleet of over 20 advanced CNC milling machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis configurations designed to handle complex geometries and demanding tolerances. We accommodate a broad range of part sizes, with work envelopes from 20″ x 20″ x 40″ up to 100″ x 32″ x 30″, and the ability to mill parts up to 180″ in length.

Century Tool specializes in machining a wide variety of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, nickel, brass, and copper, including castings and weldments. Our equipment delivers precision tolerances as tight as ±0.0001″, with through-spindle coolant systems enhancing cutting performance and extending tool life.
