In 2024, Paul and Caroline Krier acquired Century Tool from Randy Korpela, ushering in a new era for the precision machine shop in Rogers, Minnesota. Paul, with over 30 years of advanced manufacturing experience and a strong focus on customer engagement, serves as President, driving the company toward streamlined operations through Lean methodologies and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Caroline oversees the accounting, ensuring financial stability. Paul’s hands-on approach includes regular customer interactions to address their unique needs, further strengthening Century Tool’s reputation for quality and service.

In 2012, Randy Korpela, Gerald Korpela’s son, purchased Century Tool from his father, having worked full-time in the business since 1985. Randy’s forward-thinking leadership drove the company to invest heavily in CNC machining technology, enhancing precision and efficiency. His unwavering commitment to CNC innovation and customer-centric values propelled Century Tool’s continued growth, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the precision machining industry.
