The Manual Highway Tape Applicator is a simple two-wheeled, push-type device for applying 3M™ Stamark™ and Scotch-Lane™ pavement marking tapes. It is designed for tape precoated with pressure-sensitive adhesive, during and immediately after asphalt resurfacing, on existing surfaces and in temporary work zones.
